REFUNDS AND
CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations made within 2 weeks after payment will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations and refunds requested after 2 weeks of payment will NOT be entertained.
  • If you are keen about knowing the REFUND POLICY in detail, please navigate to the HOME PAGE, choose the QUERY TYPE option as Refund enquiry and mention the reason why you are soliciting a refund. Our support team will get in touch with you by email only.
  • If you are firm about REFUND, please mention your Bank details including SWIFT CODE / IFSC CODE, Name, Account No, etc. The needful will be done as early as possible.
  • Once you are a REFUNDED SUBSCRIBER, you cannot access our system anymore. If you want to subscribe again, you need to do it with a different email id.
  • You are always welcome to contact us by EMAIL / post your queries in the ASK ME section of the Home page even after the refund. We don’t want to lose you permanently and you shall always remain our valuable customer.
